During its 2008 and 2009 seasons, a high-school mock trial team, referred to here as the FVHS Mock Trial Team, used a private team website and associated services provided by Google Apps. Through their use of Google Apps, members of the FVHS Mock Trial Team were able to create a virtual team space in which they could communicate and work together without being constrained by school hours or the availability of school meeting space. The experiences of the student team members, the lawyer team coach and the system administrator while using this collaboration framework provides an interesting case study.

About This Website

This website replaces a public website that formerly provided information and contact details for students interested in participating in the FVHS Mock Trial Team. Students who became members of the team could then reach the login screen for the private team space via a link from the public website.  In addition, the public website provided ongoing information and announcements concerning team events for parents, teachers, etc.

This website now provides historical information only. Those interested in current information about mock trial team activities should contact their school directly.
